Most recruiting companies spend very little time getting to know the goals, structure, or the culture of a company before beginning to search for candidates. They consider co-workers, roles, and work patterns to be irrelevant, and are simply looking to match keywords from resumes to position descriptions. LTL Consulting focuses on building long- term client relationships and learning what our clients need and want, so that we can deliver better service.

Our Written Guarantee

No other company in the recruiting or consulting industry offers a written guarantee like LTL Consulting. Our written guarantee is directly tied to the amount of resumes that we forward to your company. We hold ourselves financially accountable to sending you the right candidates the first time and we won’t waste your time.

Our written guarantee states that LTL Consulting will only submit three (3) qualified resumes to each client requirement. If the client does not make an acceptable offer of employment to one of our three (3) candidates presented, LTL Consulting will reduce our fee/rate by 10% of the overall fee/rate. At this point, LTL Consulting will submit two (2) additional qualified resumes. If the client still does not make an acceptable offer of employment to the candidates presented, LTL Consulting will reduce our fee/rate by an additional 10% of the overall fee/rate.
